Shine on! Bakumatsu Bad Boys! is a story about ancient Japan when the throne was in the hands of the samurai. One fine day, an unknown character invaded the village and destroyed Shinsengumi. Only one survivor was left alone. Who was the attacker? Why did he do this? This event marks the beginning of a new battle anime.
Shine on! Bakumatsu Bad Boys! Episode 4 Summary:
Episode 4 of Shine on! Bakumatsu Bad Boys! was one of the most twisted and prominent episodes of the series. From the beginning to the end, the episode has many dark cases that are enough to leave you with goosebumps. At the beginning of the episode, we saw a confusing twist that we couldn’t even expect to happen so early. We saw rag-tag Shinsengumi and Choshu spies in action, and it seems the spies had an advantage due to their sword skills.
The main scene of the episode was when Geisha decided to team up with Katsura because killing him so early will be a disadvantage and the enemy’s potential information will be lost. In the last frame we saw Ichibanboshi looking for the masked dragon. Overall, the episode managed to create a pretty decent build-up for the future scenarios, and each character got plenty of screen time. We have very high hopes for the fifth installment and we hope we get to see maybe even more reveals and setup than this one.
