Here’s everything you need to know about the ending of ‘Kaguya-sama: Love is War’ Season 3 Episode 10. SPOILERS AHEAD!
Kaguya-sama: Love is War Season 3 Episode 10 Recap
At the Cultural Festival, the students of class 1-A and 1-B worked together to create the 3D Horror House. At one point, however, the project was on the brink of being rejected by the cultural festival committee due to logistical issues and time constraints. However, the members came to the conclusion that they might be able to make things work, provided they shorten the Horror House tour considerably.
Furthermore, Miko also suggests that they can use 3D immersive sounds to make the experience even more realistic. With the above adjustments, the students of the two sections still manage to complete the 3D Horror House just in time for the Cultural festival. When Kaguya and her friends visit it, they are fascinated by its brilliant stories. However, the most unforgettable moments turn out to be the immersive 3D sounds that terrify everyone.
When Ishigami takes Tsubame to the Horror House, he expects that the terrifying experience will naturally bring his crush closer to him, and that they can eventually share a romantic moment. However, when they enter, they find a sign warning against having romantic dates at the Horror House, and the boys and girls must be separated. Ishigami is of course disappointed because he can’t spend time with Tsubame.
Meanwhile, Moeha Fujiwara has visited the student council hall with Chika. When she praises the president, Chika begins to doubt whether she might be romantically interested in him, and Moeha does not deny anything when asked. In fact, she brags about her crush. When Miyuki arrives there unexpectedly, Chika, wanting Moeha to forget about him, decides to make the president do things he is embarrassingly bad at.
Miyuki is not only humble in accepting his limits, but when he tries Chika’s challenges, he succeeds surprisingly well, which turns out to be the icing on the cake. After Miyuki and Chika leave, Moeha even confesses to Kaguya that she plans to give the president a heart-shaped necklace, which according to the myths of the Hoshin Cultural Festival, guarantees eternal love. Kaguya is, of course, furious that Moeha probably plans to propose to Miyuki as well.
But in the end, they have a discussion about the things Moeha likes most in the president. Though initially jealous, Kaguya can’t contain her excitement when she realizes that Moeha has noticed every little bit of good about Miyuki. Her jealousy and envy quickly turn into a sense of acceptance when she finally finds someone who truly thinks like her and appreciates Miyuki for the extraordinary person he is.
Kaguya-sama: Love is War Season 3 Episode 10 Ending: Presents Ishigami Tsubame?
After coming out of the 3D Horror House, where Ishigami and Tsubame have to go their separate ways, the former is naturally disappointed and is ahead of the latter. Tsubame finds himself understandably depressed and suggests we go to her class project together, too. While her attention is caught by a giant heart-shaped cookie, Ishigami does an incredible job in one of the games there.
After deciding to propose to Tsubame, he finally takes the plunge and offers his beloved a giant heart-shaped cookie. While it can be considered just another gift of friendship, in the Cultural Festival it is only equated with a proposal, and everyone knows it. The public confession shocks everyone in the room and attention turns to Tsubame, who is naturally shocked after being caught off guard.
She accepts the heart-shaped cookie, but asks Ishigami to think about her final decision and sprints out of the classroom as fast as she can. Meanwhile, Chika and Miyuki, standing outside, have a discussion about the possibility of her accepting the proposal. The president is concerned that rejection could ruin his plans to propose as well. So, to recap, Ishigami suggests Tsubame. However, he still has to wait for a definitive answer.
