About In another world with my smartphone
In another world with my smartphone, also called isekai, Sumatofon to Tomo ni was a Japanese series. It was initially released as a new series by Patora Fuyuhara and was published by Shosetsuka ni Naro. It was released in 2013 and until then it is still going on. It was later adapted into a light novel series that includes the same material from Patora, but was illustrated by Eiji Usatsuka. It was published by Hobby Japan Publications and an English version by J-Novel Club. It was released in 2015 and is still ongoing with 25 volumes. Its popularity further increased when it received a manga adaptation illustrated by Soto. The manga was published by Kadokawa Shoten, and an English version was provided by Yen Press. The manga was serialized in the Comp Ace manga magazine as of November 26, 2016. So far, it has been collected in 11 tankobon volumes.
The plot of the anime is typically isekai in that it takes you around the main character of the series, a fifteen-year-old boy. Touya Mochizuki was accidentally killed by the god, whereupon the god himself apologized to him. To correct his mistake, God offered him the choice to reincarnate. However, on the condition that he could not return to his world, he is sent to a fantasy world. But the interesting thing is that he was given the choice to make a special request. So Touya took this opportunity and got permission to take his smartphone with him. God modified the smartphone so that he could not contact his friends from his past world. In addition, the god told him that his mobile can be easily charged with the help of magic.
Other than this, he can access the old world data and use features like GPS to locate. Moreover, God grants him some more magical powers and a lot of intelligence. Now Touya is stepping into the new world and to take full advantage of it, he decided to make friends with many people, especially women. He traveled from country to country stopping from place to place and solving political problems.
Previously in In another world with my smartphone season 1
In Another World with My Smartphone was released on July 11, 2017, with the first episode titled “Awakening, and Another World”. Initially, we witnessed how Touya was killed by God and reincarnated in a fantasy world. In that new world, Touya saved the twin sisters Elze and Linze Sillhouseka. Now the three decided to get together and formed a party for the paid quests. Touya started learning a new language and using magic from the two sisters. While hearing, both sisters realized that he is different from other people in this world. Where humans can only use one of two kinds of magic, Touya could use any kind of magic that existed in that world. Later, he arrived at a cafe where he helped the owner prepare the recipe for delicious ice cream.
The last episode of this season was released on September 26, 2017 and was titled “Decisions and with my smartphone”. In the last episode, Touya and his friends returned to his mansion Francesa. There, Yumian helped Linze to become one of Touya’s Brides. The next morning in the morning we witnessed that Yae and Elze also became one of Touya’s brides. In the meantime. Touya went to the Garden to talk to Regina Babylon, who is a professor and makes Babylon. The final episode went so slow that Touya asked for help from Kami and The Goddess of Love regarding his love interest. As the time of marriage approached, Touya confessed that he is not ready to get married. He also doesn’t think he can make everyone happy, and the girls understood everything.
Towards the end of the episode, Leen was talking to Francesca, and she told her that Dr. Babylon had seen Touya have nine wives. In the epilogue, we witnessed Touya walking through town and encountering another stranger named Ende. The ending was quite obvious and indicated that the series is not over yet.
