Death Note: Was Almost Smarter Than Light?

It’s interesting to talk about two popular characters from one anime, especially when you compare them. These two are popular characters from Death Note. We all know Near and Light, but there is a debate about who is smarter between the two characters. We’ll soon learn if Near was smarter than Light. Near and Light are two different characters from the popular anime that will be returning soon. Some may think that Near was no smarter than Light, as Light is the main character of this popular anime. However, we will learn more about that soon.

There are many comparisons between Near and Light that we can discuss, and they played an important role in Death Note. Death Note ended a few years ago, but the characters like Light, Near and other Death Note characters are still in the fans’ mouths. But there are rumors that we might see Near and Light on screens again. Most of us know Light Yagami as the man who made Death Note interesting for his role, but we can learn many things about Light.

Close might be a long way from Light when we compare the two, but he has a lot of things that make him a character to be compared to Light when it comes to who is smarter. You might be wondering if Near was smarter than Light. Close by is the important character of the series, and his appearance in every arc made Death Note interesting. Some characters, like Near in other anime, can be just a little less than the main character. This is a similar case to Near and Light Yagami. We will talk about things that make Near smarter and compare them to things that make Yagami smarter.

Who is light?

Light Yagami is also known as Yagami Raito, the main character of Death Note. He was an ordinary boy who went to a school like any other student, but his fate changed when he came across a mysterious magic book called ‘Death Note’. He has many aliases, such as the second ‘L’, the second Watari, God and the first Kira. Light is a young student with brown hair and eyes. He always appears in different arcs and wears a school uniform as most of the scenes take place at school.

Death Note: Was Almost Smarter Than Light?

light

Misa and Kiyomi believed that Light was a handsome man with a charming haircut. He is like his father, Soichiro, but he has a strong sense of justice. Things changed when the book “Death Note” fell into his hands and he was controlled by the powers of the magic book that made him want to change the world and achieve his goal. Light believed that the magic book solved the crime and everything he disliked. But his character has not changed since he has a good heart.

Light believed the world was “rotten” and he started using Death Note to rid the world of evil people. His goal is to build a new world without injustice, and only people he sees who are kind and honest can live in the new world. He also killed many people, and the Japanese people labeled his work as Kira’s work. But he has lost his memory after finding the magic book. Light Yagami grew up under the care of his father in Japan, who works with the Japanese Task Force against the Kira.

Who’s around?

He is also known as Nate River. Near is also a mysterious and quiet boy who seems to be reading a puzzle with L. He became one of L’s successors and grew up in Wammy’s House. This is Watari’s orphanage suitable for gifted children in Winchester, England. Near began investigating L’s death, and he was investigating the Kira case. It took him four years to collect evidence.

Near

Near

He learned that he was L’s real successor and took the evidence to the US president. Near also became a leader of the special provision for Kira. He also believed that Light Yagami was also Kira. Near likes to wear pajamas. He is a slender, fair-skinned boy who lives a life of a loner. He has big eyes and short blond hair that looks silver. But after the Kira case, Near changed, and his demeanor resembles L. His character hasn’t changed since he remained expressionless. Close is very stable and calm and an interesting character to watch.

He is emotional and he becomes less likable as the series progresses. But many things make Near smarter, even if he’s not the main character. But his appearance or arrival made Light’s storyline more successful. Near has a great history which revealed his upbringing as a kid growing up in an orphanage but that didn’t affect his life as he survived while doing his will to achieve his goals. Even when he heard of L’s death, it was surprising because he was quiet while others reacted violently. Close by is a strong man who can accept any situation, no matter how difficult it may be.

What makes almost smarter?

Looking at Near and his behavior, you might think he’s stupid. Yet he is very intelligent, even though he has a childish appearance and likes to play with his hair. Others always doubt Near skills because he is too calm in his world; Near is good at solving complex problems, and he treats an investigation as if he were solving a puzzle that would make Near smarter, even though he may not be the best genius.

Near can monitor multiple computer screens at once and is good at performing many different tasks simultaneously. He’s awesome, and we’d seen this when Near played darts with his left hand while stacking dice with his right. He has genius skills, but little social knowledge and is not good at interacting with others. He is sometimes afraid to do tasks alone as he may not be familiar with his surroundings or new things. Near is one of the gifted kids who is intelligent and smart.

What makes light smarter?

Light is a talented and hardworking student, which makes him smarter because he likes to learn or experience new things. He has good problem solving skills and is one of the wise students. Light is also good at mapping out scenarios and is an experienced planner. His intelligence made him popular, and everyone adored and praised him, leading to an intense level of hubris that quickly kicked in when he acquired Death Note.

Obituary

light

You might take Light for granted when you first meet him, but you’ll realize he’s important after you get to know him. The Death Note book fell for the right guy since Light Yagami is one of the smartest characters of the series, but we’ll see below if Near was smarter than Light. Light is one of the bright students with high grades and many talents that make him smarter. He never called high school and because of his cleverness wanted to reach the university level.

Was almost smarter than light?

Here we’ll find out if Near was smarter than Light. The two are geniuses, intelligent, skillful characters, but their levels are different. This can be confusing for many Death Note fans, but it’s easy if we don’t take any favors. Near is the smartest character in the series, but he is neither smarter than Light nor L as he is the successor to L. Several sources have revealed that Near is smarter, but he is not on the same level as Light. Even if we compare Near with Light, we can tell the difference between the two, and their intelligence is different.

Near

Near

This has become a debate among those who have watched the various arcs of the Death Note series, and some have come to believe that Near was smarter than Light. Near shows that he is the smartest character, but two characters are smarter than him and have better skills than him. Near was no smarter than Light, and the series’ scenes proved it. Even if you compare what makes Near and Light smarter, you will realize that Near was smart, but not smarter than Light. However, we learned a lot about Near and Light.
