Build-Divide – #FFFFFF – Code White Episode 10 Recap
The 10th episode of Build Divide – Code White was titled “Sentaku”, which means “Choice” and was released on July 12, 2022. It was directed and written by Minami Honma, Sei Tsuguta and Yasuto Nishikata, respectively. Episode 11 opens with Hiyori reminiscing about the time she enjoys spending with Teruto and Sakura as their “junior.” However, the scene gets cooler when it shifts to the present time, where she faces Teruto, with her card drawn out, ready to face him.
So the episode focuses on their battle as they continue to draw their cards. Of course, the battle is initially in Teruto’s favor, but Hiyori remains determined not to give up and save Teruto from the pride of being king. Unfortunately, Teruto calls all their memories meaningless and proceeds to seriously attack Hiyori.
She then spawns at their campsite, where she becomes emotional over the loss of both her seniors. Suddenly she is carried by some cherry blossoms and glitches to a place where Teruto is all tied up. She tries to reach him, but is stuck. Fortunately, Sakura, in the form of those cherry blossoms, helps her in place and gives her a card from the Divine Messenger. She then realizes what’s going on and bravely jumps back into the fray. This time she manages to save Teruto by destroying the fake one. Not only this, but Sakura comes back and they are all reunited. Unfortunately, the episode doesn’t have a happy ending as a new problem has surfaced now that Higuma is back!

About the Build Divide Anime Series:
Both of Build Divide’s anime series are set in an interesting world with many magical aspects that focus on a trading card game.
The setting of the story for Code Black is set in Neo Kyoto, where a “king” is said to be the governor of the place. Not only this, but it is also said that if you take down this king in a battle with a trading card game, you can make all your wishes come true. In addition, people’s strength and worth are determined by how well they play the game and how many powerful cards they have in store. Here the main character, Kurabe Teruto, is someone who wants to challenge the king and participate in the trading card game. In addition, he meets a girl named Banka Sakura, who helps him in his quest to defeat the king, despite her identity being a mystery.
Teruto thus makes many friends and enemies throughout the 12 episodes. These friends include the main character of Code White, Kikka and Hiyori Munenashi. In Build Divide – #FFFFFF – Code White, Teruto and Sakura are supporting characters, while the series focuses on the development of Kikka and Hiyori, who consider themselves Teruto’s apprentices. Anyway, the second series exudes an exciting atmosphere as the first part.
