The year is 2022 and to change the chaotic world for the better, a baby arose!! Baby hamitang is a winter anime that was released in January 2022, while fans are now waiting for episode 11. The episodes are about 3-4 minutes long. Each episode represents a serious agenda. The anime was written and directed by Mao and Satoshi Yao. Currently it is run by Robot Animation Production and broadcast by Tokyo MX.
The anime is currently underway and will contain ten episodes. While it is not yet as popular as other fantasy and Isekai series, it has great potential. The genre does not fall under shounen or shoujo. It’s just educational because it’s all about a baby who understands the world better than adults. She can explain the most complex things in a very simple way. The real meaning behind each episode makes the show worth watching. So today we take a quick look at the details of Baby-hamitang Episode 11.
Story
Each episode starts with Unbear doing something extremely stupid or destructive, putting all the other kids in a tough position. But that’s exactly when the “Baby Superhero” Hamitang shows up. She explains to Unbear how he’s wrong, and he eventually accepts his mistakes. All episodes deal with different agendas.
For example, The First Episode is all about gender equality. In the first scene, there are many children making cake, and then Mr. Bear comes in. A little girl asks him to help her cut the cake, to which Mr. Bear says, “Cutting a cake is a girl’s job, you should do it.” Right, at that moment he sees a little boy cutting a cute looking piece of cake to eat, but Mr. Bear said, “Guys shouldn’t eat such cute things.” Hearing such comments, the children started to cry, and then Baby hamitang appeared with the most logical explanation for gender differences.
She explains her whole point in three words: “Gender is degree.” If there are any differences, they are purely biological and no one has the right to tell them what to do or not to do based on their gender.
They’ve even tackled the topic of food waste, with Mr. Onbeer taking a bite of an apple and then throwing it away, resulting in a pile of uneaten apples. Because of this, the other babies couldn’t eat anything and started to cry. But then Baby-hamitang appeared and explained that we all need to understand sustainability. The future generation should not be deprived of the luxuries that we all have. Then Mr. Onbeer’s child appeared, and when he looked at him, he realized his mistake. He picked up all the apples and cut them well so that everyone could eat them.
Thus, each episode follows a different agenda, such as what is global warming? What is decent work? What is the water shortage? And even a heavy topic like what is peace?
Voice artists
The story mainly consists of two prominent characters, Baby-hamitang, played by Asumi Saito, a voice actress best known for giving voice to children in Japanese anime, such as GeGeGe no Kitarō and Digimon Ghost Game. And Unbear is voiced by Naoki Tatsuta, one of the most talented voice actors who is famous for playing Daima Jin, Buta Gorilla, Caopne Bege and several other notable characters. In addition to Unbear, he also plays the narrator in every episode (although the narration is the same).
