Attack on Titan Season 4 Part 3 Storyline: What could it be about?
In the final episode of Season 4, Part 2, Mikasa wonders what may have led to Eren’s surprising change of heart. She remembers the first time she and her friends ventured into the outside world. Mikasa clearly remembers that Eren was torn by the injustice he saw there. She wonders if not confessing her feelings contributed to Eren’s shocking decision in the years that followed.
In the present day, Eren manages to reach the first human settlement with his army of Colossal Titans after destroying a fleet of ships and carries out his twisted plan to wipe out humans outside Paradis Island.
In Season 4, Part 3, his friends will finally reach him, after Eren ravages towns after towns, killing countless innocent people in the process. As Mikasa and Armin have suspected for some time, they will learn that their friend has never really wanted to take anyone’s life, but given the centuries of bloodshed and genocide, he saw only one option. To rewrite history, he therefore kills 80 percent of the world’s population.
However, he would confess that he deeply regrets killing innocent people and that he does not believe that his genocidal idea is justified. In the final episode, Eren will die, giving his friends ample time to live the peaceful life he’s always wanted, while the rest of the world is rebuilt from scratch.
