Ao Ashi Season 1 Episode 17 Recap
The Aoi team is sadly falling apart. They suffered five defeats in a row in the Tokyo Metropolis game. In the next match, they will face one of the top teams of the tournament. The great thing is that Aoi can also play in this match. Not a striker as usual, but a back defender. Nevertheless, he was just happy to also get a chance in the lineup for the first time in the games. This time it will be different as their team was also joined by their former forward Yoahitsune Kenta.
He’s a great striker, one of the best. After discussing their strategy for the game, they call off the day. The next day before the match, Aoi is feeling a sense of excitement that he has never felt before. The match starts, Aoi plays on the defensive lines and is the least experienced player there is. Everyone sees their weaknesses and tries to exploit them. But that’s where his training pays off. By directing his environment and trapping all his opponent’s squares, he correctly deduces where the ball will go. After playing an extraordinary game, Yoahitsune scored a goal!
